  A friend and I was treated the upmost courtesy as soon as we walked in the door. Tremaine also treated us respectfully and answered all our questions. I would send others to your location. Thank you for his manner on providing us with all information need.

  SouthCare and Tremaine Jordan especially was extremely professional and kind. I don't know how I would have dealt with the loss of my husband without his help. I wish I could give more stars.

  Very disappointed in what "businesses" are coming to. Unfortunately my boyfriends family struggles financially and have barely been able to come up with the money to afford a cremation. My boyfriend requested to see his grandfather one last time before the process. All he wanted to do is see the body one last time and was told they would charge $195 just to bring the body out. Through my experiences with death in my own family I'm well aware of how funeral homes charge for additional things such as picking a body up after hours and on weekends. But to charge someone just to pay their last respects, not even having a service or requesting the body be prepared is just heartless. I am from a smaller town and will have my funeral plans made there, they may nickel and dime but would never charge just to see the body for 5 minutes. What is this world coming to?
  
  So to get the whole story, I called and talked with Tremaine who is the funeral director. Since they are a business, they must charge for everything. Because if someone who comes into his funeral home slips and falls they are liable. So you are paying for their liability insurance, $195 for a 5 minute viewing pays for their liability insurance. Tremaine also tried to compare himself to a handyman who comes to your house to fix things. Does the handyman not charge you for the time coming out if it's a simple fix of recycling power? Thank goodness I've known at least some honest people in this world because yes I've had services provided to fix minor things and not been charged. I was honestly appalled to hear him compare himself to a handyman who at least provides a service for his goods. If we were to pay the $195 just to view a body for 5 minutes there would be no services provided. Tremaine is a heartless bad person and I don't see how anyone in that line of business couldn't have at least some compassion. You shouldn't be in that line of business if you're that horrible. Again with my own personal experiences, maybe it was more of the "small town mentality" but the funeral home that I've dealt with before didn't charge my father to come up and see his mother in law for 5 minutes before the body left for services
  
  Tramaine did mention you can get a photo of your loved one for free. Wow a photo of your dead loved one is the only thing they offer complementary.

  Southcare Cremation has been wonderful to me through the death of my husband, they have been very patient, caring and helpful in handling my loved one, I'd like to give a special thanks to Tremaine, thank you all so much for your help and support through this time in my life,I owe you so much gratitude, and God bless you all at Southcare Cremation!
