  Amazing historic cultural heritage site in the heart of Marietta. Abe Lincoln spoke here, and so do the spirits of our ancestors to this day.

  History is everywhere, take time to walk around and enjoy it. Soak it in and understand what came before you.

  The cemetery is laid out in such a way that makes it easy to find any grave. It is very well maintained all year round.
  Some of the Civil War heroes are also laid to rest here. The "Unknown Soldiers" have their place as well.
  I am so proud to say my father is here.
  I am grateful to all those who fought and gave their all for future generations, and to be able to visit their resting place and say a thank you is just spine chilling.
  
  I hope any and all who are interested will visit.
